Returns and Refunds Policy for My Custom Jewellery

At My Custom Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions under which you may return your items and request a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable).
The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
Custom or personalized jewellery, including engraved items, are not eligible for returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@mycustomjewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once the refund request is approved, The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 7-10 Days to the original mode of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Products which are listed on free shipping also has shipping fee which is waived off from company side. but in case of refund and returns these charges would be non refundable. you will get balance amount after deducting shipping fee.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability. We need a genuine cause for exchange that would be decided by support team only. shipping charges may be additional.
If you wish to exchange for a higher-value item, the difference must be paid.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalized jewellery.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
Items damaged due to improper use, care, or storage by the customer.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@myscustomjewellery.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
